The workplace is constantly changing and in times of stress it can be much more prone to conflicts both among employees and between employees and managers. This course will explore a better understanding of conflict in the workplace. Students will discuss proven techniques for classifying and resolving conflict in the organization, while creating a more positive work environment. This class is highly interactive. Individual registration is required. No groups, please. PLEASE NOTE: NO GROUP ATTENDANCE. To replicate an in-person classroom as closely as possible, each student will be ‘on-camera’ during the class and will be asked to contribute in class discussions. EACH student MUST have access to a computer or device with a WORKING CAMERA & MICROPHONE.
