Introduction to Understanding Conflict

2 hours - A WORKING CAMERA & MICROPHONE REQUIRED. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS ONLY. NO GROUPS.

The workplace is constantly changing and in times of stress it can be much more prone to conflicts both among employees and between employees and managers. This course will explore a better understanding of conflict in the workplace. Students will discuss proven techniques for classifying and resolving conflict in the organization, while creating a more positive work environment.

This class is highly interactive. Individual registration is required. No groups, please.

PLEASE NOTE: EACH student MUST have access to a computer or device with a WORKING CAMERA & MICROPHONE. To replicate an in-person classroom as closely as possible, each student will be ‘on-camera’ during the class and will be asked to contribute in class discussions.

** To maintain the integrity of the MSI classes and our ability to offer CEUs, we must abide by the rules of the State agency who issued the designation. Chief among those rules is the attendee of the class must attend the whole session. Attendees who enter the class more than 5 minutes late or leave early will not be awarded CEUs for the class or receive a certificate of completion.
