Ethical Decision Making
2.5 hours - The purpose of this course is to recognize the need to make ethical decisions. To understand the challenges of this process and to create an ethical work environment that promotes customer and employee trust. Ethical decisions promote corporate integrity and professionalism.

Attendees will learn to:
Recognize and understand how ethical decision making can affect the reputation of the agency.
Develop an understanding of “why” corporate ethics are needed and how they can provide strong policy guidance to employees when interacting with clients and associates.
Develop an understanding of issues, areas of risk, and practicing ethical decision making when responding to these challenges.
