Housing Authority Safety Awareness & Regulatory Training

3 hour - This training is an all-inclusive program for maintenance personnel. This program covers NJ PEOSH regulatory requirements, hazards, best practices, and controls measures associated with general housing maintenance, grounds keeping, and custodial tasks.

Recommended for maintenance personnel upon initial assignment and annually thereafter.


** To maintain the integrity of MSI classes and our ability to offer CEUs, we must abide by the rules of the State agency who issued the designation. Chief among those rules is the attendee of the class must attend the whole session. Attendees who enter the class more than 5 minutes late or leave early will not be awarded CEUs for the class or receive a certificate of completion.
